Match Schedule

Thank you in your interest in supporting this club. By joining you will get $10 per match discount on the match fee. This brings the cost down from $30 to just $20. Special Membership fee of just $25.00 through the end of January. After that it goes back up to $30.00. Save yourself $5.00 and help your club continue to provide great matches with great props. Family memberships are also available. 2 members is $40 and 3+ is just $60. In order to provide you with the quickest method to support your club, we have implemented an online payment option. Waiver, Release, and Covenant Not to Sue

In consideration of North Texas Practical Shooters, a Texas unincorporated not-for-profit Association, permitting me to become a dues-paying affiliate (member) of that Association and to engage in the firearms shooting activities of that Association upon payment of the appropriate match and/or range fee, I, on my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs, representatives, administrators and assigns, hereby waive and release any and all claims, demands, causes of action, suits, and rights I, or anyone acting on my behalf, might have against that Association, its officers and/or directors for personal injury (including death), loss, or damage to my property, which I (or anyone claiming by or through me) may have against that Association and its officers.

Further, I agree that I will not, nor will anyone acting on my behalf claiming by or through me,bring or maintain any suit in Court to assert any claim against that Association, its officers and/or directors that I might have arising out of my participation in any activities sponsored, sanctioned, or approved by that Association its officers, and/or directors.

I understand that engaging in firearms shooting activities involves a very hazardous and dangerous activity with accompanying risks of personal injury or death and loss or damage to personal property, and I HEREBY VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THOSE RISKS UPON MYSELF AND NO OTHERS.

I have read and understand the foregoing provisions of this Waiver, Release, and Covenant Not to Sue and I have executed this instrument voluntarily on this date. I recognize that the Association, its officers and/or directors are not obligated to permit me to participate in any of the Association's activities and may terminate my participation in such activities at any time and for any reason.

This instrument shall not preclude the prosecution of any claim that I might have against persons or entities other than North Texas Practical Shooters and/or its officers and/or directors. In other words, I am releasing, waiving my rights, and agreeing not to sue North Texas Practical Shooters, its officers, and/or directors. This instrument shall remain in full force and effect indefinitely.

I am over twenty-one (21) years of age.

Payment information will be displayed after you submit your membership information.
